If we join in the middle of the season, can my dancer participate in recital?
Yes! Dancers have the option to opt in to recital through March 1st.* We will also have a finale number which every dancer has the option to participate in, regardless of how long they have been part of our dance season. The finale rehearsals will take place on weekends in April and May, schedule pending.
*If we are able to process a costume order in time. After March 1st class recital participation may depend on costume availability and/or incur an expedited shipping fee.
When does automatic payment process?
TEMPO processes tuition on the 25th of each month prior. For example, September tuition is processed on August 25th.
Can I pay via cash or venmo?
At this time we are not able to accept cash or venmo payments. If you prefer to write a check, we can accept check payments but still require an automatic payment card to be kept on file. There is a $5 check processing fee to use checks.
Do you offer a sibling or multi-class discount?
We offer a TEMPO VIP program for any student or family enrolled in 3+ classes. This program provides discounts throughout the season on pop up classes and workshops, early access to recital ticket sales and an end of year gift for each VIP dancer. We do not offer sibling or multi-class discounts.
What is your dress code?
TEMPO believes strongly in respecting the art of dance through proper dress code. For this reason, we require a leotard and tights for all of our dance students regardless of age or class style. I am not sure what level or class is best suited for my child, can you help?
We would love to! Please text us at 662 314 4830 and tell us a little more about your dancer’s background like age, style interest, previous experience. Our administrative staff will be happy to point you in the right direction.
TEMPO Dance Studio is happy to offer year round enrollment. Below are registration steps and FAQ’s to help you get set up.
Create an account through TEMPO’s studio portal - here. You may also access our studio portal via the “Register Here” page on our website.
Once your account has been created, select “Register, Classes.”
Select your dance season. Your options are 2024-2025 Season 1, Summer 2025, and NOW 2025-2026.
Classes available for your student will populate based on their age. If a class is full, you will have the option to add them to our waitlist.
Once your class has been selected, the system will prompt you to complete payment. All fall/spring TEMPO students are required to keep a card on file for automatic monthly payments. (Summer classes do not require auto pay.)
New student registration costs $47 per fall/spring season. Your tuition for your classes will automatically prorate based on the date you join. Our tuition costs range from $60-$72 per month per class.
Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation notice that your dancer has been enrolled in class. First month tuition and registration fees are due at the time of checkout to secure your spot. HINT: Make sure to check out our social media pages for any ongoing specials or discounts!
